Required
- U.S. citizenship or eligible authorization status
- Active or obtainable DoD Secret Clearance
- 10–15 years aerospace/defense modeling, simulation, or control systems experience
- Deep expertise in solid rocket motor and controllable solids technology
- Leadership experience guiding technical teams through full lifecycle development
- Bachelor's degree in systems, aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related STEM field
Nice to have
- Master's or Ph.D. in related discipline
- Prior DoD, MDA, or similar government program experience
- Experience with flight trajectory constraints and propulsion system integration
