  • 10–15 years aerospace/defense modeling, simulation, or control systems experience
  • Deep expertise in solid rocket motor and controllable solids technology
  • Leadership experience guiding technical teams through full lifecycle development
  • Bachelor's degree in systems, aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related STEM field

Nice to have
