- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience
- Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience in negotiation and deal-making
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth technology or startup environment
- Exposure to data center infrastructure categories, particularly Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 providers
- Industry certifications such as CPM, CPSM, CPSD, MCIPS, APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or CTSC
- MBA in progress or completed
