What they ask for
Required
- PhD in biochemistry, enzymology, biophysics or related discipline
- 15+ years of drug discovery experience in industrial research
- Deep expertise in protein-ligand interactions
- Experience with biophysical and cell-based technologies
- Demonstrated success developing and deploying assays for target validation and lead generation
- Track record advancing discovery programs from HTS to development candidate nomination
- Ability to lead and mentor senior-level scientists
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with mass spectrometry-based approaches
