- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 1–4+ years of directly relevant graphic design work experience
- Creative design portfolio (digital or PDF)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of apparel graphic application and textile printing techniques
- Understanding of garment construction and how designs translate from digital to physical products
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create concepts, iterate, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
