- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years building enterprise-scale distributed applications
- Production AI applications or agentic systems using modern LLMs
- Autonomous or multi-agent workflows using MCP, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Google ADK, or Semantic Kernel
- AI application architecture knowledge including Prompt Engineering, RAG, tool calling, memory management, and AI evaluation
- Python proficiency for AI application development
- Expert proficiency in Kotlin and Java
