Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years in fast-paced hardware product development or production
- Proven experience building and mentoring engineering teams
- Design-for-Test and test automation expertise for complex hardware
- Ability to communicate technical RF and systems topics to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience building engineering and operational processes from scratch
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- 5 days per week in-office work
Nice to have
- Direct experience with RF test equipment (VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Noise Figure Meters, Signal Generators)
- Python or C++ proficiency for test automation and data analysis
- Familiarity with space environment, aerospace hardware integration, and test flows (TVAC, Vibration, EMI/EMC)
- Experience managing mixed teams of engineers and technicians in production
- Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing and digital communication systems
