Required
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in heavy assembly, electromechanical, or engineered-to-order environments
- 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
- Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software for plant layout review
- Advanced knowledge of metals, materials, and fabrication methods including welding, mechanical assembly, and busbar forming
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders across Sales, R&D, and Operations
- Participation in drug and alcohol program (safety-sensitive position)
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or MBA
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Direct experience leading a greenfield manufacturing plant startup
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
