Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in heavy assembly, electromechanical, or engineered-to-order environments
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
  • Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software for plant layout review
  • Advanced knowledge of metals, materials, and fabrication methods including welding, mechanical assembly, and busbar forming
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders across Sales, R&D, and Operations
  • Participation in drug and alcohol program (safety-sensitive position)

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Engineering Management or MBA
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Direct experience leading a greenfield manufacturing plant startup
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
