- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of acute clinical RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading Medical-Surgical nursing operations
Nice to have
- Specialty certification such as NEA-BC, NE-BC, or CNML
- Experience within a large integrated health system or academic medical center
