  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience
  • PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from accredited institution
  • Active pharmacist license in Ohio
  • Sterile compounding experience
  • USP 797 and 800 proficiency
  • Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Windows computer proficiency
  • Able to pass respirator fit testing
  • Leadership capability for pharmacy and technician teams
  • Able to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to wear compounding safety equipment for long periods
  • HIPAA compliance and PHI handling
  • FDA and state pharmacy regulation compliance
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
  • Medical clearance for respiratory protection
