Required
- 2+ years of pharmacist experience
- PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in Ohio
- Sterile compounding experience
- USP 797 and 800 proficiency
- Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Windows computer proficiency
- Able to pass respirator fit testing
- Leadership capability for pharmacy and technician teams
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to wear compounding safety equipment for long periods
- HIPAA compliance and PHI handling
- FDA and state pharmacy regulation compliance
- Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
- Medical clearance for respiratory protection
- Willing to confirm understanding of hazardous drug reproductive risks
Nice to have
- Experience compounding from non-sterile starting components
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and compounding workflow software
