  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology, or mathematics
  • 7+ years of engineering experience on complex systems
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
  • Knowledge of structures, fluids, and thermodynamics fundamentals
  • Experience with FEA, CFD, and CAD tools

Nice to have

  • 2+ years analyzing liquid propellant rocket engine hardware or components
  • Working knowledge of engine subsystems including combustion devices, turbomachinery, and valves

  • Track record of delivering on aggressive schedules with creative problem-solving
