What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
- 3+ years experience with Workday Adaptive Planning modeling and configuration for FP&A and Workforce planning
- 3+ years building reports in Adaptive Office Connect, HTML, or report automation
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- 2+ years Accounting or Finance experience
- Experience with Anaplan, Pigment, or Oracle Planning & Budgeting
- Payroll, compensation, or workforce analytics experience
- Implementation or Project Management experience
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and Financials
- Data governance or system administration knowledge
