- 5+ years of payroll tax experience
- Strong expertise in U.S. Federal tax regulations, state withholding requirements, state unemployment insurance, and local taxation
- Knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP or Workday Payroll
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
