What they ask for

Required

  • 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Expertise in at least two technologies used by THD IT
  • Experience with common retail business processes
  • Experience in Agile/Lean development environments
  • 7 years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years leading architecture at Principal or Senior Principal level for major consumer-facing mobile applications
  • Proven track record executing a major technology renovation or modernization strategy with SDUI, KMP, and GraphQL BFF elements
  • Expert knowledge of microservices, server-side GraphQL patterns, and high-performance multi-layered JVM in-memory caching
  • Practical hands-on experience with GenAI APIs, LLM prompt engineering, and code-generation tools
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with history of writing technical white papers and presenting to executive leadership
  • Track record of driving technical alignment across large engineering organizations of 50+ engineers
