Required
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master's of Science in Social Administration (MSSA)
- Current state licensure as a Social Worker (LSW, LISW, or LISW-S)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
Nice to have
- Three years' healthcare system experience including pre-acute and post-acute care exposure
- Hospital social work experience
