- 12+ years leading large-scale cross-functional programs at principal contributor level
- 6+ years of M&A experience including pre-close due diligence and risk assessment
- 6+ years each in technical/infrastructure integration and business systems integration (CRM/GTM/customer enablement)
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or high-growth technology
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Management (or equivalent)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
- Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders across functions
- Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and compliance requirements
- Experience mentoring Program Managers and building organizational M&A capabilities
