What they ask for
Required
- 12+ years in high-volume consumer electronics, wearables, medical devices, or semiconductors with hands-on factory floor experience
- 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of senior engineers across SMT, molding, encapsulation, coatings, optics, and automation
- Master's or PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent deep practical expertise
- Experience owning vendor and contract manufacturer relationships
- Ability to work across multiple time zones in a global organization
- Strong communication of complex process topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Passion for shifting organizations from project-specific to core technology platform models
- Experience with miniaturization and water-tightness in consumer devices
- Track record of standardization and learning reuse across product lines
