What they ask for

Required

  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Next.js)
  • Experience building or overhauling design systems at scale
  • Strong design sensibility with focus on craft, consistency, and interaction quality
  • Fluency in AI-assisted design workflows including canvas-to-code and code-to-canvas tools
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Storybook, VSCode, Chromatic, and GitHub
  • Track record collaborating across design and engineering roles
  • High autonomy in setting direction and managing complex projects
  • 8+ years in design engineering, UX engineering, design technology, or related hybrid role

Nice to have

  • Experience designing or building data visualizations
  • Background in brand or product design
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2, ARIA patterns, semantic HTML, APCA, accessible data visualization)
  • Experience in product analytics or developer-focused product environments
