Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
- 5+ years experience as reliability or electrical engineer
- 4+ years in physics of failure, design for reliability, functional safety, or accelerated testing
- Experience in electrical design (components, circuits, PCBs, electronic assemblies)
- Experience with reliability statistics and data analysis
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Nice to have
- Failure analysis and destructive physical analysis experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and electronic component testing methodologies
