  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
  • 5+ years experience as reliability or electrical engineer
  • 4+ years in physics of failure, design for reliability, functional safety, or accelerated testing
  • Experience in electrical design (components, circuits, PCBs, electronic assemblies)
  • Experience with reliability statistics and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and collaborative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Nice to have

  • Failure analysis and destructive physical analysis experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and electronic component testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with accelerated test profiles for component screening and qualification
