Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
- 5+ years as a reliability or electrical engineer
- 4+ years in physics of failure, design for reliability, functional safety, or accelerated testing
- Experience in electrical design (components, circuits, PCBs, electronic assemblies)
- Knowledge of reliability statistics and data analysis
Nice to have
- Experience performing failure analysis and destructive physical analysis investigations
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and testing methodologies for electronic components
- Knowledge of accelerated test profiles for component-level screening and qualification testing
