What they ask for
Required
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- At least 3 years leading engineering teams or major technical initiatives
- Experience with AI compiler or framework technologies (MLIR, TensorRT, XLA, Triton, PyTorch, or JAX)
- Fluency with AI workload and ML framework concepts including computation graphs, tensor operations, and model execution
- Strong people management skills including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with deep learning compiler internals including IRs, optimization pipelines, code generation, and runtime integration
- Experience verifying performance-sensitive compiler behavior and root-causing regressions in production AI/ML systems
- Background in formal verification or programming languages with familiarity in formal specifications, theorem proving, or symbolic reasoning
