  • 10+ years calibrating complex robotic or sensor-rich systems in production
  • End-to-end calibration system design and delivery
  • Expertise across multiple sensor modalities (RGB, LiDAR, thermal, IMU, encoders)
  • Understanding of kinematic calibration and sensor extrinsics coupling
  • Production calibration knowledge: repeatability, data collection, simplicity, throughput
  • C++ and Python proficiency
  • Player-coach capability: direct execution and talent development
  • Cross-functional collaboration with hardware, controls, perception, vendors

  • Calibration ownership at autonomous vehicle, mobile robotics, or sensor-rich hardware company
