- 5+ years welding materials and processes experience including parallel gap resistance spot welding
- Weld parameter development and metallurgy expertise
- Ability to assess welding method tradeoffs for aerospace
- Experience with robotic welding systems and automated integration
- Ability to develop and qualify resistance weld profiles for battery cells and structural components
- Root cause analysis methodologies proficiency
- CAD tool proficiency and engineering drawing interpretation
