Accenture's QuantAI team is hiring an engineer to productionize AI decision systems for enterprise clients in energy, finance, and industrial sectors. You'll ship reliable, hardened services and applications—from prototypes to scaled offerings—working across both cloud and desktop platforms with quantitative researchers and business stakeholders.

What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field (or associate degree plus 2+ years relevant shipped work)
  • Minimum 3 years in consulting or client-facing technical delivery roles with evidence of moving products beyond proof-of-concept
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in backend services, APIs, full-stack delivery, data pipelines, model-serving, machine learning workflows, or agentic orchestration systems
  • Strong coding ability in Python plus one complementary surface (TypeScript, JavaScript, front-end, cloud/platform engineering, or infrastructure automation)
  • Sound engineering judgment on enterprise hardening and evaluation including several of: authentication, RBAC, observability, security, release discipline, regression testing, or AI/ML experiment frameworks

Nice to have

  • Experience with tool-using systems, retrieval evaluation pipelines, agent orchestration, or MCP-style integrations
  • Experience building expert-facing interfaces, workflow products, or technical demos for real users
  • Experience packaging desktop applications or supporting Windows-heavy enterprise environments
  • Exposure to forecasting, anomaly detection, optimization, time-series systems, or decision-support workflows
  • Experience in energy, commodities, financial, trading, market operations, or industrial workflows
