Required

  • Ph.D. in biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, or related discipline
  • 12+ years in biologics drug discovery industry
  • Leadership experience with antibody discovery and optimization programs
  • Proven track record advancing molecules from discovery to candidate nomination
  • Deep expertise in antibody engineering and biologics discovery workflows
  • Experience across multiple biologics modalities
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing scientific teams
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in translational immunology and immunology disease biology
  • Prior collaboration with Immunology or Neurology research teams
  • Background in early target assessment and discovery campaign initiation
  • Experience identifying and sourcing external innovation through CROs, biotech, or academic partnerships
  • Familiarity with computational design or AI/ML applications in biologics
