- Leadership experience with antibody discovery and optimization programs
- Proven track record advancing molecules from discovery to candidate nomination
- Deep expertise in antibody engineering and biologics discovery workflows
- Experience across multiple biologics modalities
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing scientific teams
- Strong cross-functional partnership and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience in translational immunology and immunology disease biology
- Prior collaboration with Immunology or Neurology research teams
- Background in early target assessment and discovery campaign initiation
