  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
  • Hands-on project experience in at least two of: large-scale data pipelines/ETL systems, distributed message queues, distributed data lake systems, columnar storage formats, relational or NoSQL databases, performance optimization for distributed systems, or Kubernetes/Docker
  • Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
