- 12+ years in technology
- Minimum 7 years designing complete systems solutions in complex environments
- Minimum 2-3 years technical leadership and architecture experience
- Deep technical knowledge of modern AI/ML systems including prototyping and production applications
- Strong Python coding skills and experience building production AI applications
- Experience with AI-specific requirements including evaluation frameworks, observability, monitoring, and safety guardrails
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud services such as AWS or Azure
