Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Materials Sciences engineering
- 10+ years of structural analysis experience
- Experience constructing, executing, reviewing, and managing structural finite element models
- Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
Nice to have
- 15+ years of related work experience
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Experience with Hypermesh, Abaqus CAE, and/or Nastran
- Experience validating or verifying finite element model results
- Experience with FAA and/or Military certification processes
- Experience with structural design principles for aircraft primary structures including fatigue and damage tolerance
- Experience with Boeing aircraft primary structures on commercial derivatives
