- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Technical knowledge of ASC 360 (capitalization, useful lives, impairment, disposals)
- Applied experience with cost accounting concepts in supply chain context
- Experience managing significant fixed asset or component/inventory portfolio in high-growth environment
- Strong analytical abilities with large, complex datasets
- Track record of improving scalable financial processes in fast-moving environments
- Experience leading and developing accounting teams
- Ability to translate technical accounting concepts for non-finance stakeholders
- Clear communication and cross-functional influence
Nice to have
- Experience at semiconductor companies, hardware OEMs/ODMs, or hyperscalers
- CPA or equivalent credential
- Fixed asset subledger and component/inventory management systems experience at scale
- SQL proficiency for querying large datasets
- Big 4 accounting or advisory services background combined with industry experience
- Experience with complex data center buildouts or hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure cost structures
- Experience applying AI tooling to accounting processes
