Required
- 9–13 years of post-qualification experience
- 4+ SAP IBP implementation project lifecycles
- Domain knowledge in supply chain (inbound logistics, fulfillment, outbound logistics, warehouse operations)
- Team management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from a Tier-1 college
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- End-to-end IBP project experience (blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover)
- Integration knowledge of IBP with ECC, S/4, and Advanced Planning and Optimization
- Experience in business case and roadmap development
