Required

8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs
Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities (transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers)
Proficiency reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project)
Ability to manage cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Data-fluent with ability to build and maintain trackers and dashboards
Comfort with high autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI delivery models
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (5–10+) across a regional portfolio
Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows
Heavy-haul and project logistics experience, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms
Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools
PMP, CSCP, or similar certification
