- Big 4 experience or similar technical accounting advisory background
- CPA certification or equivalent
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience researching FASB Accounting Standards Codification and Big 4 interpretive guidance
- Experience supporting financial reporting controls and external audits
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and sound judgment
Nice to have
- Experience with Workiva, NetSuite, and Xactly or similar commissions tools
- Proven track record of applying process automation or data analytics in technical accounting or financial reporting
