What they ask for
Required
- Independent Adjuster License in home state or designated home state
- Minimum 7 years commercial general liability claims experience
- Prior experience handling litigated claims
- Strong understanding of commercial general liability coverage forms and legal liability principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage diverse workload and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- Texas or California license (California required within 60 days of hire)
- Habitational and premises liability experience
- Past experience handling Directors & Officers claims
