- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field
- Property and Casualty insurance or reinsurance sector experience
- Schedule F preparation experience
- Puerto Rico OCS filing requirements knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex data manipulation)
- SAP accounting system familiarity
- Interaction skills with all staff and management levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and time management skills
