Required

  • 10+ years in B2B partnerships, sales, general management, or solutions engineering
  • Experience at B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or PLG companies
  • Outcomes-focused approach measurable on pipeline creation and revenue
  • Ability to build programs without established playbooks and iterate quickly
  • Hands-on experience with solutions partners, agencies, or systems integrators in co-sell or referral motions
  • Proven ability to close deals and willingness to travel for in-person partner engagement
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Delivery, Product Marketing, and Legal
  • Executive-level communication with both partners and internal stakeholders
  • Technical grounding sufficient to engage developer-focused partners on AI and cloud infrastructure

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling a channel program at infrastructure, dev-tools, or PLG companies
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem tools like Crossbeam or account mapping workflows
  • Experience with emerging AI systems integrator and AI consulting partner segments
