  • 15+ years mechanical design and manufacturing engineering experience
  • Expertise in DFM and DFA for precision mechanical systems
  • Background designing for assembly, inspection, and automation in high-mix production
  • Proficiency in CAD tools like Creo 5.0
  • GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical inspection tools and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 15+ years relevant design experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with robotics, aerospace, semiconductor, or medical equipment
  • Knowledge of actuation systems, robotic kinematics, sensors, and cable management
  • PLM software experience, particularly WindChill
  • Cross-functional team experience including Design, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Test, and Systems Engineering
