Required
- 15+ years mechanical design and manufacturing engineering experience
- Expertise in DFM and DFA for precision mechanical systems
- Background designing for assembly, inspection, and automation in high-mix production
- Proficiency in CAD tools like Creo 5.0
- GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis skills
- Knowledge of mechanical inspection tools and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 15+ years relevant design experience
Nice to have
- Experience with robotics, aerospace, semiconductor, or medical equipment
- Knowledge of actuation systems, robotic kinematics, sensors, and cable management
- PLM software experience, particularly WindChill
- Cross-functional team experience including Design, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Test, and Systems Engineering
