Required

8+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with Master's/MBA/JD/MD, or 2+ years with PhD
Leadership and team management experience
Hands-on expertise in at least one programming language (Java or Go preferred)
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (bash, Python, Go, or similar)
Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise cloud environments
Knowledge of DevOps design patterns, processes and best practices
Understanding of microservice architectures, cloud platforms and clustering models
Familiarity with software development lifecycle including version control, build, testing and release

Nice to have

9+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's, or 7+ with advanced degree, or 3+ with PhD
12 years IT experience with 3 years in DevSecOps people management
Experience implementing DevOps practices and tools for environment automation
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, Git, Maven for CI solutions
Experience with Splunk, Sysdig, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana monitoring tools
Hands-on experience with distributed databases, distributed computing and high-frequency transactions
Knowledge of operating system internals, file systems, storage and networking protocols
Experience in cloud computing, PaaS, IaaS environments
Background in financial services or payments processing
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
