What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in analytics or data-focused role
- 3+ years supporting hardware, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or logistics
- Executive-level reporting for physical-product business trusted by leadership and auditors
- Deep knowledge of hardware and supply chain data domains (units sold, COGS, landed cost, BOM, inventory, warranty, manufacturing yield)
- Experience with demand and supply planning data
- Advanced SQL for operational and financial data extraction and modeling
- Dimensional modeling expertise for hardware and operations reporting
- Experience with dbt including tests, documentation, and contracts
- Experience with modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Databricks SQL, Power BI)
- Track record working with external auditors and audit-ready documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Databricks experience (Unity Catalog, SQL, Lakeflow, Genie)
- Familiarity with AWS, GitHub, NetSuite, Fivetran, Python, semantic layers, EDI/3PL logistics feeds
- Experience building hardware data contracts and product/SKU dimensions from scratch
- Experience building governed KPI programs through formal external audits
- Expertise in data visualization theory
