What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration in enterprise environments
- Microsoft 365 tenant administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID
- Azure infrastructure skills: VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage, ExpressRoute/VPN, and Identity and Access Management
- Hands-on Azure Arc experience for hybrid server management
- Windows Server administration including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
- PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting for automation
- Ability to perform hands-on physical server work including racking and cabling
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Microsoft AZ-104 or MS-102 certification
- VMware vSphere experience alongside Hyper-V
- Linux server administration in hybrid environments
- Experience supporting new site infrastructure builds and coordinating with facilities teams
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tooling such as Microsoft Sentinel
