What this role is

Crusoe seeks a hands-on senior infrastructure engineer to design and operate their cloud and on-premises systems across corporate and operational sites, managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments while also racking hardware at data centers. Required

  • 8+ years hands-on infrastructure experience
  • 5+ years Microsoft Azure and M365 administration in enterprise environments
  • Microsoft 365 tenant administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID
  • Azure infrastructure skills: VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage, ExpressRoute/VPN, IAM
  • Azure Arc experience for hybrid server management
  • Windows Server administration: Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, certificate services, file/print services
  • Infrastructure-as-code proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
  • PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting for automation
  • Hands-on physical server work in data center environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications: AZ-104 or MS-102
  • VMware vSphere experience
  • Linux server administration in hybrid Windows/Linux environments
  • Experience supporting new site infrastructure builds and coordinating with facilities teams
  • Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tooling and server/cloud log pipeline integration
