Required
- 8+ years hands-on infrastructure experience
- 5+ years Microsoft Azure and M365 administration in enterprise environments
- Microsoft 365 tenant administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID
- Azure infrastructure skills: VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage, ExpressRoute/VPN, IAM
- Azure Arc experience for hybrid server management
- Windows Server administration: Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, certificate services, file/print services
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
- PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting for automation
- Hands-on physical server work in data center environments
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications: AZ-104 or MS-102
- VMware vSphere experience
- Linux server administration in hybrid Windows/Linux environments
- Experience supporting new site infrastructure builds and coordinating with facilities teams
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tooling and server/cloud log pipeline integration
