This role maintains and operates critical building systems at a food manufacturing plant, including refrigeration, steam, and compressed air equipment. It suits someone with hands-on industrial experience who can work rotating 12-hour shifts and handle both routine maintenance and emergency troubleshooting.

What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
- 1 year experience with boilers and low-pressure steam
- Mechanical utilities systems knowledge (compressed air, vacuum, hydraulics)
- Process water distribution and wastewater handling experience
- Working knowledge of industrial, mechanical and electrical technologies
- EPA permits and PSM compliance experience
- Project management and construction management experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, noise, and wet/dusty conditions
- Ability to work at heights on ladders and lifts
- Age 18 or older
Nice to have
- CARO/CIRO operator certification
- Incident command experience
- HAZWOPPER program experience
