  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related technical discipline
  • 12 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree OR 5 years with PhD
  • Experience leading stability strategy for complex drug products in development, clinical, or commercial settings
  • Experience authoring stability sections for regulatory submissions
  • Cross-functional leadership and influence across technical, quality, regulatory, and supply-chain teams

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in relevant field with 7+ years industry experience
  • Stability leadership experience with biologics, vaccines, or complex products
  • Statistical analysis and scientific interpretation of stability data
  • Experience with development/clinical programs or post-approval/commercial lifecycle management
  • Process improvement or operating-model enhancement experience in CMC or technical development
  • Experience leading stability investigations and formal risk evaluations
  • Excellence in communicating complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
