What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years semiconductor industry experience in DRAM (TD, HVM, or operations)
- HVM experience required
- Deep process understanding of CMP
- 3+ years coordinating process engineering teams
- Experience managing suppliers and establishing supplier accountability programs
- Understanding of manufacturing team structures, standards, and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Ability to build and instill department culture aligned with company values
- Lead AI-enabled process engineering
