- Deep hands-on proficiency with BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Ability to lead deployment timelines and work in construction environments
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
