What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years managing contingent workforce, vendor management, or contractor/staffing programs
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly overhauling a contingent worker program in a high-growth company
- Strong understanding of worker classification and contingent labor compliance risk
- Experience partnering with Procurement on vendor and SOW processes
- Hands-on experience developing SOPs and operational documentation
- Project management skills balancing strategic and operational work
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across HR, Legal, Finance, and business teams
Nice to have
- Experience with VMS (Vendor Management System) platforms
- Background in legal, compliance, or risk function related to contingent labor
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or tech company
- Familiarity with global contingent workforce considerations
