Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and production support
Experience moving tools or platforms from concept or POC to production
Proficient in Python with modern software engineering practices
Experience with AI workflows, LLMs, model deployment, or AI-enabled application development
Experience with GPU compute or high-performance computing environments
Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Google Cloud
Experience evaluating code quality, architecture, dependencies, security, scalability, and production readiness
Ability to partner with information security on secure development and vulnerability management
Strong communication skills explaining technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

Experience in media, broadcast technology, streaming, or content distribution
Experience with NVIDIA Holoscan or similar accelerated computing
Experience building internal developer platforms or model governance frameworks
Experience with broadcast workflows and 24/7 operational technology
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Master's or PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Engineering
