Required
- 2+ years mechanical design or manufacturing engineering in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries
- Experience reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings
- Knowledge of production engineering principles for manufacturing processes
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET accredited)
- CAD software proficiency including GD&T per ASME Y14.5
- Experience with composites, bonded joints, dampers, additive manufacturing, shock or mechanisms
- Root cause analysis and analytical methodology (Five Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
- Aerospace and/or DOD experience
- Lean Manufacturing or process improvement background
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field
