Required
- Multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects led from initiation to completion
- Experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation platforms
- Ability to manage client travel requirements
- Team management and client liaison skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Strong HR background with Workday platform experience as consultant or client owner
- Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework experience
- Current Workday HCM/Compensation certifications
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Dutch or similar language
