What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years managing third-party design or design processes for water/wastewater treatment systems
- Understanding of UPW and industrial water system design including material selection, passivation, biological treatment, and filtration
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations including SEMI standards, ASME/BPE high-purity piping, Clean Water Act
- Ability to review engineering work including P&IDs, 3D models, and specifications
Nice to have
- PE or Certified High Purity Water Specialist certification
- Experience supervising third-party designs for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center facilities
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and water conservation
- Familiarity with clash detection using BIM tools
- Experience with PLC/SCADA control systems for design coordination
- Experience or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows
- Mentoring capability and cross-team collaboration skills
