This is a sanitation and facility maintenance role in a General Mills food manufacturing plant producing Betty Crocker and Fruit Snacks products. The position suits people with industrial or food manufacturing sanitation experience who are comfortable with shift work and the physical demands of cleaning production lines and operating equipment in a 24/7 facility.

Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand and communicate in English about work matters
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
- Work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- Climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
- Follow food safety, quality, and grooming standards
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
- Age 18 or older
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency events on any shift
Nice to have
- Industrial or food manufacturing sanitation experience
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to use digital tools
