What they ask for
Required
- 2+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
- experience in fast-paced production environments with flight hardware
- technical skills in fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, and bonding operations
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing with engineering and production teams
- ability to operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and calibrated measuring devices
- ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
Nice to have
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
- electromechanical build proficiency
- familiarity with propulsion systems and components
