Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks (Initial Margin, Variation Margin, SPAN, VaR, default waterfall mechanics, Mark-to-Market valuation)
Understanding of derivatives and Greeks (Delta, Gamma)
Expert Java proficiency with fault-tolerant, high-throughput systems
Performance tuning, garbage collection optimization, concurrency, and memory management
Middleware experience with Aeron and Kafka
Clean data structure and database design expertise
SQL and NoSQL database management
Testing methodologies and SDLC best practices including Twelve-Factor App and hexagonal architecture
Large Language Model usage for development
Strong ownership and outcome-oriented mindset
