Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in aerospace, defense, or complex technical programs
- Experience with fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, and time & material contracts
- Ability to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules and cost baselines
- Knowledge of DoD or similar government contracting
- Post-award program execution experience with responsibility for cost, schedule, and margin
- Resource-loaded planning and BOE development skills
- Cross-functional leadership without direct authority
- Executive-level communication and gate review preparation
- Strong analytical and risk management skills
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading or supporting proposal execution activities
- Concept-to-launch satellite mission experience
- Experience with cost and budget-constrained programs
- Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
- Familiarity with non-traditional aerospace environments
- Understanding of satellites, space sensors, and ground systems
